Webhooks

Webhooks let you react to events — deployments, billing changes, usage thresholds — without polling.

Registering an endpoint

Add an HTTPS endpoint from Project settings → Webhooks. We’ll send a ping event immediately so you can verify signature validation before going live.

Verifying signatures

Every payload is signed with HMAC-SHA256 using your webhook secret in the CloudDeskIT-Signature header. Reject any request whose signature doesn’t match.

Retries

Failed deliveries (non-2xx response) retry with exponential backoff for up to 24 hours.
