Using CloudDeskIT

By creating an account or using any CloudDeskIT product, you agree to these terms. If you're using CloudDeskIT on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use CloudDeskIT to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, or disrupt the platform for other customers.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears based on metered consumption.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
