By creating an account or using ReVision AI (clouddeskit.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ReVision AI is an independent service by CloudDesk IT. We use the YouTube Data API v3 and Meta Graph API under their respective terms of service. ReVision AI is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any AI provider listed in our platform. "YouTube" and "Google" are trademarks of Google LLC. "Instagram" and "Facebook" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
By using features that access YouTube data, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our YouTube access at any time via Google Security Settings.
You must not use ReVision AI to: create content that violates copyright, defames, harasses or impersonates others; generate illegal content; violate YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook community guidelines; or circumvent platform content policies. You are solely responsible for the content you publish using this platform.
If you provide API keys for third-party AI providers (Runway ML, OpenAI, etc.), you are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms and any costs incurred. ReVision AI stores keys encrypted and does not use them beyond your requested operations.
You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing via ReVision AI, you grant the respective social platform a license per their terms. We claim no ownership over your reimagined videos. All original video rights belong to their respective creators.
The Starter plan is provided free of charge. Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
ReVision AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, third-party API outages, or content published by users. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.
We may update these terms. Continued use after 30 days notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
