We collect your name and email when you register. If you connect a Google or Meta account, we receive basic profile information and OAuth tokens needed to publish videos on your behalf. We store API keys you provide in encrypted form (AES-256). We collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.
Your data is used solely to provide the ReVision AI service: authenticating you, processing video transformations via your chosen AI model, and publishing videos to your connected social accounts when you explicitly request it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
API keys you provide (for Runway ML, Pika, OpenAI, etc.) are encrypted with AES-256 before storage and decrypted only during active processing requests. Keys are never logged, exposed in responses, or shared. You can delete them at any time from your dashboard settings.
We integrate with YouTube Data API v3 (Google), Instagram Graph API (Meta), and various AI providers (Runway ML, HuggingFace, Replicate, etc.) per your selection. Each has its own privacy policy. We are not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Meta, or Instagram.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Processed video files are stored temporarily (up to 48 hours) then deleted unless you choose to save them. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use HTTPS, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, and follow OWASP security practices. Access to user data is strictly role-limited within our team.
